Returns

We want you to be fully confident when ordering Rockintor® products.

  • 30-Day Return Window
    You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Condition
    Items must be unused, clean, and in resalable condition, with original packaging.

  • Size exchanges
    If the product does not fit properly, you may request an exchange (subject to stock availability).

  • Return shipping
    • If the return is due to sizing or preference, the customer covers return shipping.
    • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or our error, Rockintor covers return shipping.

Preorders

Preorder items are not final sale.
They are eligible for return or exchange under the same conditions once delivered.

Warranty

Rockintor products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Crash or impact damage

  • Misuse, neglect, or improper care

  • Unauthorized modifications

If a defect is confirmed, Rockintor will repair, replace, or issue a credit, at our discretion.

How to request a return or warranty claim

  1. Email support@rockintor.com with your order number

  2. Include a brief description and photos if applicable

  3. We’ll reply with instructions within 1–2 business days

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Returns & Warranty – FAQ

What does “unused” mean?

“Unused” means the product has not been ridden, crashed, washed, or exposed to dirt, sweat, or impact.
Trying the vest or base-layer indoors to check fit is completely fine.


Can I exchange the vest or base-layer if the size doesn’t fit?

Yes. You can request a size exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in resalable condition.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Who pays for return shipping?

  • Sizing exchanges or preference returns: the customer covers return shipping.

  • Manufacturing defects, damage in transit, or shipping errors: Rockintor® covers return shipping and sends a replacement.


Are preorder items eligible for return or exchange?

Yes. Preorder items are not final sale.
Once delivered, they follow the same 30-day return and exchange policy as regular orders.


Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@rockintor.com and we’ll do our best to cancel it.
If the order has already shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.


How long does a return or exchange take?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, returns and exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 business days.


What does the warranty cover?

Rockintor® products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.


What is NOT covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Crash or impact damage

  • Damage from riding, accidents, or misuse

  • Improper care, washing, or storage

  • Unauthorized modifications


How do I file a warranty or return claim?

Email support@rockintor.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos if applicable

Why don’t you cover crash damage?

Rockintor® products are designed to absorb and dissipate impact energy to protect the rider.
After a significant impact, protective materials may be compromised, even if no damage is visible. For safety reasons, crash damage is not covered under warranty.
